The MISTRAL acetabular implant is designed for press-fit impaction of the cup.

Details

Primary stability is obtained thanks to the flared cone equatorial macrostructure and ribbed cup profile.
Screw-fitting is also possible through 3 holes in the top of the implant.
The hydroxyapatite coating encourages osteogenesis, thus providing secondary stability.
The ceramic or polyethylene insert is stabilised by a cone shank inside the cup.
Ceramic 36 diameter heads can be used with the 50 mm diameter cup upwards.
